Annual IRS Form 990
Posted here within 30 days of filing. The first will cover the 2026 fiscal year.

03 · Allocation
Where the money goes. No invented percentages.
Three categories. Listed without percentages until we have audited numbers — the math will come from the Form 990, not from us.
Expert honorariums
Licensed mortgage pros, financial advisors, and real-estate experts who answer member questions on camera. The largest line item.
Curriculum production
Scripts, video, editing, captioning, transcripts, downloadable workbooks. Open to every member, never paywalled inside the membership.
Platform & access
The software that hosts everything, plus free seats for learners who can't afford a $7 membership and in-person workshops in PA + NJ.
04 · Boundaries
What we don't do.
The clearest way to describe a nonprofit's posture is by what it deliberately doesn't take money from.
- We don't have paid investors. Membership and donation revenue are the only sources funding the work.
- We don't sell anything to members beyond the membership. No upsells, no "premium" tier, no add-ons.
- We don't sell, rent, or share member data. Email is for the product and donor receipts only.
- We don't accept editorial influence from sponsors. Experts on camera are paid through honoraria, not by the brands they discuss.
05 · What we don't know yet
Open questions we won't pretend to answer.
Pretending a launch-stage foundation has every answer is exactly the posture this page exists to refuse. Here's what's unresolved, by name.
Where percentages will come from
Until we have an audited statement covering a full fiscal year, we won't publish allocation percentages. The categories are listed; the math comes after the audit.
How impact will be measured
We're building the measurement infrastructure now: lesson completions, expert Q&A engagement, scholarship-recipient self-reported outcomes. We'd rather build the right metrics slowly than report fake ones quickly.
Board composition
Founding board is small and on the masthead below. Independent directors will be added as the foundation grows; that addition will be announced here, not buried in a filing.
