Support the foundation.
We're a 501(c)(3) launching in 2026. Every dollar funds the three things below — paid experts, curriculum production, and free seats for learners who can't afford the $7/mo membership.
Where the money goes
Three categories. No invented percentages.
Until our first Form 990 is filed and audited, we publish the categories, not allocation percentages — those come from the statement, not from us.
Pay the experts
Licensed mortgage pros, financial advisors, and real-estate experts who answer real questions on camera. Honoraria are the largest line item — talent costs money.
Build the curriculum
Production for every lesson: scripts, video, editing, captioning, transcripts, downloadable workbooks. Open to every member, not behind a paywall.
Reach the communities
Free seats for learners who can't afford a $7 membership, in-person workshops in PA and NJ, and the platform that hosts it all.
Your gift, in concrete terms
Dollars become education.
Operations are paid by memberships. Your gift funds the program — lessons, expert honoraria, and scholarship seats for learners who can't afford $7/mo. Here's what each tier unlocks.
- $10
1 scholarship month
Covers one learner’s membership for a month — full access to lessons + member deals + expert Q&A.
- $25
1 expert Q&A
Funds the honorarium for an expert to record a video answer to one community-voted question.
- $50
1 full lesson
Underwrites the production of one lesson — script, video, editing, captions, and downloadable workbook.
- $100
6 scholarship months
Six months of free access for a learner who applies through our scholarship program.
These are commitments, not retrospective claims. We'll publish actual unit-cost figures once they're audited in our 2026 Form 990. Until then, the program is built first in Pennsylvania & New Jersey.
For tax filers
Receipts, deductibility, and substantiation.
Practical answers. If yours isn't below, hello@ez-era.com reaches Nick directly.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. Ez-Era Foundation is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit (EIN 93-3769920). Donations are deductible to the extent allowed by law. Membership fees are not — those are payment for a service.
When do I get my receipt?
One-time donations: instant email receipt from Stripe with the IRS-required language. Monthly recurring donors get a single year-end summary letter in January for the prior tax year, plus monthly Stripe receipts as the gift processes.
What about gifts of $250 or more?
Gifts of $250 or more receive a contemporaneous written acknowledgment on foundation letterhead, sent within 10 business days. Required for IRS substantiation if you itemize.
Where can I verify the foundation's status?
Search EIN 93-3769920 on the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search or ProPublica's Nonprofit Explorer. Form 990 filings are public record once filed; the first will cover fiscal year 2026.
